Our involvement

A common misconception is that consultants charge lots of money and don't actually follow you through the processes they recommend - that's where we are very different indeed! We take each client and assess how we can help them based on what the client wants us to help them achieve and by what point.

Our consultative approach is to assess your needs, recommend and, if required, implement all of the processes from start to finish.

Our clients are our best form of marketing

• Maxet House Business Centres, a brand owned by Welsh property developer The Lewis Group, came to Centonex with a big problem. Having purchased the business centre brand, already running successfully in Luton, they had no idea how to make it work in a new location.
   

Centonex started by assessing what exactly Maxet House wanted to achieve with our help, from this initial discussion it was clear that the brand was not being used to its full potential and nothing about the businesses processes were particularly 'joined up'. We initially produced a marketing plan to include re-branding the whole business including its website.

After implementing a detailed plan of action all working processes were improved and Maxet House was finally fully visible to the market. Since Centonex started working with Maxet House the Bristol centre has gone from 15% to 100% occupancy taking it from a loss making to profit making entity in just 9 months.

Centonex continue to work with Maxet House to manage their ongoing marketing activates as well as providing ongoing business management advice.
